Elegance and grandeur were two words at the forefront of the Parc Esta concept - with ‘Refined Living in the East’ serving as a tagline to tie the concept together. An emphasis was laid on its resort-style facilities, with zones anchored by deluxe facilities, providing an unparalleled living experience.

In addition, a lifestyle approach was taken toward amenities, with mini-features on key surrounding attractions to welcome future owners toward a lifestyle of elegance and grandeur.
